With Isuzu having moderate sales compared to the Ford Explorer, the Rodeo is mostly for the Isuzu die hard fans. The interior is fairly basic and the seats are little uncomfortable and feel like lawn chairs. Power comes from either a 2.2 L 4-Cylinder or a 3.2 L V6 made into a 5-Speed Manual or 4-Speed Automatic. With that said, the Rodeo pumps out 205 horsepower with its V6. Many consumers love the Rodeo’s great rugged looks on the exterior, but on the interior things could be a tad better. It’s close relative the Honda Passport is no longer going to be Honda’s top of the line SUV as Honda is now trying to release it’s own new crossover SUV called the Pilot which should be a success. All in all it’s an okay car from Isuzu, it also doesn’t help that there is a swing out hatch.
