The Cascada is an all new convertible car from Buick. The secret behind the Buick Cascada is that it was actually developed by Opel Motors European Division. But of course many things were upgraded since this car would be sold here in the U.S. as a Buick. Under the hood is a 1.6 liter turbocharged Ecotec engine that makes 200 horsepower and 207 lb-ft. of torque. Fuel economy is 20 MPG in the City and 27 MPG on the Highway.
