Will it Run? 1978 Saab 99

Which car would you rather be stuck with for life?

Toyota Prius V (Terrific gas mileage and filled with practicality, but slow and boring)
SRT Viper GTS (Impractical car with poor gas mileage, but fun to drive and look at)

The Nissan GT-R is NOT a supercar.

Let’s get this ’78 Saab running! It’s been sitting around for over 15 years… It was purchased last year, and last month I decided that I would try to get it operational and maybe even plate it and use it for a daily driver. Well, it needs a lot of work… the fuel pump, lines, and accumulator are all shot, the heater is leaky and smells terrible, the wiring harness is burned up, and the roof and deck lid are peeling and rusty. Also, someone took a lot of the car apart years ago and never put it back together! The exhaust is leaking badly, and the wheels and tires are mismatched. Well, the budget is still zero, so we’d better get busy!
